Order Processing Time
Please ensure you select the correct size and color when placing your order.
If you accidentally choose the wrong size or color, please contact us before production begins. Once your order enters the handmade production stage, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Because all of our nails are handcrafted, processing times vary:
- Ready-to-ship items: ship within 1–3 business days
- Handmade-to-order items: ship within 1–15 business days
Orders are shipped from our UrbanStudio Nails facility. Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional seasons.
Shipping Methods
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class, with an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.
Shipping rates vary based on package weight and destination.
Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this tracking link to follow your package at any time.
Tracking Responsibility
As the recipient, you are responsible for:
- Monitoring your tracking updates
- Providing any required documents to customs or the courier
- Following up if delivery attempts are made
Failure to do so may result in:
- Return-to-sender
- Delayed delivery
- Unsuccessful delivery
Orders returned due to incomplete customs clearance or recipient inaction are not eligible for free refunds or free replacements. A new order may be required.
Delivery
Your local customs office may request additional documents or require extra time to clear your package. This may delay delivery beyond the estimated time frame.
Depending on your country, your order may be delivered by:
- The local postal service
- A local third-party courier
If you are not home during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for pickup.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes may be charged once your package arrives in your country.
These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please ensure that the items you are ordering comply with your country’s import regulations.
UrbanStudio Nails is not responsible for items rejected or restricted by customs.
International Transaction Fees
If your credit card is not charged in USD, your bank may apply a different exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fees.
Prices on our website may display in your local currency, but all orders are processed in USD via PayPal or Stripe.
UrbanStudio Nails is not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion differences.

Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Because we process orders quickly:
- Orders that are already in production, packed, or shipped cannot be edited or canceled.
- Once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.
